FUNCTIONAL AREA: 

All phases of leasing and resident retention

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 to 2 years of leasing experience
  • Greet, qualify and determine needs and preferences of prospective residents
  • Professionally present features and benefits of the community, and properly secure lease agreements
  • Complete and maintain resident leases and paperwork
  • Proven leasing and marketing skills
  • Computer proficiency including Yardi
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and detail accuracy skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
