FUNCTIONAL AREA:

Restoration of all vacated apartments to ‘market-ready’ status

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checks and repairs appliances
• Assists in changing or removing appliances from apartment
• Painting
• Repairs or replaces ceiling fans and non-carpeted flooring as necessary
• Trash out of apartments
• Assists in keeping grounds clean at all times
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance, general labor, and/or skilled trade experience
• Must have own tools
