FUNCTIONAL AREA:

Maintenance and upkeep of multi-family residential housing

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliance repair
• Efficient completion of work order tickets
• Inspect, schedule and complete make-ready of vacant apartments
• Identify, schedule and execute preventative maintenance projects
• Respond to weekend calls on a rotating basis
• Keep accurate records of service requests, expenditures and unit make ready status

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• HVAC Certification
• Pool Certification is highly desirable
